The Inspire Foundation Launches in Marlborough on Thursday, 23 November at 5:30pm.

The Inspire Foundation Marlborough has been set up to recognise, reward and develop extraordinary talented young Marlburians.

To qualify applicants must be aged between 15 and 23 years of age on the 31 January of the applicable year, a resident of Marlborough for at least 3 years with NZ citizenship and have demonstrated extraordinary ability or potential in any academic, sporting, scientific, artistic, design, musical, technological, entrepreneurial, community or related field.

Assistance comes in the form of grants to fund the widest possible array of requests, such as travel, courses, tuition, equipment, projects or initiatives.

It’s about finding extraordinary young Marlburians who have the potential and desire to achieve excellence in their chosen field, and then rewarding them in such a way as to help them realise this potential.

At the launch tonight, we will recognise 3 extraordinary Marlburians, check out this space tomorrow to see who they are and read their inspiring stories. This is the first of many young people we will be proud to help on their journey to achieving their incredible goals.

The launch will be held at the ASB theatre in Marlborough with a very special inspiring speaker Ms. Sophie Pascoe, NZ’s most successful Paralympian, 9 Paralympic gold medals, 6 Paralympic Silver medals, 13 World Championship gold medals 4 world records help as at 1/8/17.
